Hainline was retained on this 110 MW solar farm project to provide expert claim and schedule delay analysis in relation to defective work allegations and associated impacts to the final commissioning and startup of the facility. Analysis included review of both defense and affirmative claims between multiple parties. All claims were settled favorably for our client in mediation.
