Winner of the 2010 James D. MacConnel Award, this high school is designed around a multi-use space that combines social, nutritional, performing arts, and community activities. Academic excellence is achieved through CTE spaces and break-out Professional Learning Communities that inspire 21st-Century learning.
Hainline assisted in the development of construction documents and performed a constructibility review for the owner. The project included installation of technical AV and IT equipment to bring the school up to current Edmonds School District standards.
As part of the management team, Hainline implemented a schedule mitigation plan based on tightly controlled overtime and successfully led the effort in resolving issues and delays to allow the project to complete on time, within the contingency parameters contained in the budget, and without contract claims.
