Eric has over 30 years of construction and construction management experience, including project planning and development. His experience includes estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiations as well as the management of design development in teams in the areas of geotechnical, land planning, architecture, civil engineering, and wetlands biology. His work spans a wide range of projects including shell construction, tenant improvements, historical renovations, schools, and assisted living facilities along with high-rise and civil work and work for contractors and developments.
