Hainline was hired to manage the construction of the $100 million dollar expansion of the Fantasy Springs Hotel and Casino project from January 2004 through April 2005.

 

The scope of services included: management of all exterior site work, all water features and landscaping of the site, all infrastructure development and support facilities including the emergency back-up power plant to keep the casino and hotel operational. Hainline managed the completion of the 250 room hotel and casino project in Indio, California.
