Hainline served as both the Project Manager and Owner’s Representative for the City of Bellevue for their Bellevue City Hall Project. Bellevue City Hall was an $85 million, fast-track project, one of the first public projects to utilize the General Contractor/ Construction Manager (GCCM) project delivery method. The project involved the renovation of the former Qwest Headquarters from an opaque mass into a welcoming, tranformative public facility that contains a variety of programmatic needs for the City’s array of services and amenities.
Tasks included managing the project schedule, guaranteed maximum price (GMP) contingency budgets, cost allocation matrices, subcontracting plan, value engineering efforts during construction, and providing project management/owners representative services within the GCCM general conditions and contract.
