Keta Creek Fish Hatchery Reconstruction

Hainline was hired as the Owner's Representative and Construction Manager for the $13 Million reconstruction of this 10.97 acre salmon hatchery. The reconstruction includes new water intake and treatment facilities as well as new incubation and rearing facilities to support the production of Coho salmon and Chum salmon.

This project was a design-build GMP cost plus a fee contract. The project also included monthly audits of contractors pay application to verify proper accounting of contractors costs and budget control.
