Legends Casino Expansion and Hotel

Hainline was retained by Yakama Nation to be the Construction Manager and Owner's Representative for a $90 Million casino expansion and 200 room hotel addition.

The work included: primary interface with the General Contractor and existing casino operations personnel, coordination of the Owner's other contracts and contractors with the GC, review of billings and schedules, preparation of scope and budget sections for Owner contracts, review of all contracts prior to Tribal approval, preparation of scope and tracking of project budgets, preparation of progress reports for lenders, and full-time mentorship of a Tribal members to expand Tribal involvement with the day to day construction operations.
