Hainline was retained by Skanska, the General Contractor, to develop the baseline schedule. Hainline also cost-loaded the schedule, and updated and performed major schedule revisions as needed for the new construction of the Snoqualmie Casino.

The project consisted of 171,000 sq.ft. casino space and a 288,000 sq. ft. parking garage which were scheduled to be built quickly and simultaneously to meet the Owner's needs.
