T-Mobile Park fka Safeco Field

Hainline provided Construction Management On-Call Services for Safeco Field since its original construction. Hainline provided extension of staff services to the Seattle Mariners from March 1998 through December 2000. Those services included the establishment of the final GCCM contract value, management of discrete scopes of work self-performed by the Mariners, build-out of all Mariners' spaces not included in the original contract, review of all change orders, and authorization of changes.

In addition, Hainline provided litigation support for all claims concerning design deficiencies in the construction of Safeco Field as well as analysis of construction deficiencies. Other notable work at T-Mobile Park includes smoke removal at Kidd Valley, wood fire pizza oven addition, 1st score board renovation, stadium winterization (season 1), multiple suite renovations, remodel of café, glass & windscreen construction, and bullpen and dugout auxiliary heat.
