After this 26-story condominium tower was occupied the owners began to experience water and wind intrusion problems, inoperable windows, exterior decks that sloped the wrong way and directed water to the doors, along with many more issues.

 

Hainline was retained by the insurance carrier for the EIFS installer and became a part of the team of experts that evaluated all of the defects and made a preliminary assessment of responsibility. Collectively all of the responsible parties were able to fund the repairs after mediation.
