Welcome Larry and Kieran

Hainline welcomes Kieran Gaffey and Larry Nelson to the team!

Kieran has over twenty-five years of diverse construction services management and operations experience. Prior to joining the Hainline team he represented owner's interests as a consultant and Program/ Project Manager on numerous high-profile projects including work on: Century Link Field, the Space Needle , and Experience Music Project (EMP). Kieran has a vast amount of experience landmark projects including: professional sports stadiums, biotech research laboratories, interactive museums, SeaTac international airport, and multi-use projects. He has a keen ability to apply lessons learned from past projects, and provide specific project expertise to make each project successful, making him an excellent mentor to our team. Kieran is experienced in both large and small projects in the public and private sectors. His experience includes quality control, forensic accounting, construction defects analysis, and warranty & insurance damages analysis.

Larry has been a Construction Professional for over twenty-five years Larry has spent the last twenty-five years representing Contractors and Owners interest in the development and delivery of construction projects. He is skilled in managing multiple projects and priorities including: project quality control, safety, schedule controls, cost controls, team building, contract negotiations, risk assessment, and claim assessment. He has experience with construction projects for nearly every type of project including: residential, commercial, institutional, and heavy civil construction projects.
