This included such services as writing selection and contracts for GC/CM contractor selection; negotiating and managing the Architect’s contract; preparing concept schedules for the project; managing the interface between AE, Contractor, and WSCC management and facility personnel; performing document quality control reviews at design phases; reporting project status to upper management and the board of directors; negotiating change orders during construction; and overseeing the punchlist and closeout processes.
