STEM & ACE MENTOR PROGRAMS

In an education climate that is evolving while still preparing students for the real world, partnerships with employers and peer firms in our industry are crucial in strengthening the learning experience and edification on lucrative career tracts in the A/E/C community.

Our commitment to the continuum of construction-centric careers goes beyond the project-level, and includes Hainline's participation in programs benefitting STEM High Schools  throughout the region and young adults who have joined the ACE Mentor Program through their school, having already identified A/E/C as their career path.

For more information on how to get involved in the ACE Mentorship program, please contact Hainline's project manager Kyle McLeod, who serves as an ACE Mentor Program Board Member.
