Considered the traditional method for project delivery, Design-Bid-Build is a project delivery method in which an Owner contracts with third-party entities for the design and construction of a project. The three phases to a design-bid-build project include:

• Design Phase (Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents)

• Bidding Phase (Bid Documents available for General Contractor review and bidding.)

• Construction Phase (after Bid Award)

 

As the Owner’s Project Manager/Construction Project Manager, Hainline leads and manages the D-forms associated with the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction’s (OSPI) state matching funds program, the School Construction Assistance Program (SCAP).
